Refunds and Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized products (unless the wrong item was sent or it arrived damaged).
- Downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the return address without prior contact. Contact us for details on where to send your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming its receipt. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at Contact@liteorb.com.
Shipping Returns
Before returning any merchandise, please contact us for instructions and the return address.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
