It’s important to note that while users are free to utilize the provided graphic for personal or commercial purposes by printing it on merchandise, there are certain restrictions in place to protect the original creator’s rights. Reselling the image in its digital form, sharing it on third-party websites (excludes print on demand websites), or passing it off as their own promotional content is strictly prohibited. These actions infringe upon the creator’s copyright and intellectual property rights.

Allowed Uses:

Upon download, you gain the right to reproduce our Designs using methods such as printing, DTG (Direct To Garment) printing, screen printing, or any other applicable method, without limitations on quantity or duration.

You are permitted to utilize any Design(s) acquired from the Liteorb platform for various purposes, including:

• Printing for clothing lines or brands in any quantity.
• Incorporating into advertising, promotional materials, and printed collateral.
• Integration into online or electronic publications, such as web pages.

You have the liberty to alter colors, add text, or modify the design if you possess the necessary skills and tools. However, resale of the modified design is prohibited.

Prohibited Usage 

Redistribution: You are not permitted to redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the digital products available to third parties, whether modified or unmodified, in part or in whole.

Resale: You may not directly resell the digital products as stand alone items or as part of another digital product, regardless of any modifications made.

Repackaging: It is prohibited to repackage, bundle, or integrate the digital products into another digital product for resale or distribution, without explicit permission.

Replication: You may not replicate or create derivative works based on the digital products for resale or distribution, including but not limited to copying, tracing, or imitating the designs.

You may share files containing the Designs with clients or third parties for reproduction purposes. However, these parties are not granted further rights to profit from the Designs. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local trademark and copyright laws, including any incorporated words or elements. Liteorb is not liable for legal actions resulting from breaches of local laws by the purchaser.
