Order Processing Time:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the completion of your personalized purchases. This processing time begins once your payment has cleared. Stock items ship out within 2 business days.

Shipping Time:

Personalized Items: After your item has been crafted, please allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to arrive. Items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS priority mail.

Stock Items: Most stock items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment clears. Allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to arrive.

Shipping Methods:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet the specified processing and shipping times, please note that unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Address Accuracy:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
