Order Processing Time:
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the completion of your personalized purchases. This processing time begins once your payment has cleared. Stock items ship out within 2 business days.
Shipping Time:
Personalized Items: After your item has been crafted, please allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to arrive. Items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS priority mail.
Stock Items: Most stock items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment clears. Allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to arrive.
Shipping Methods:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Delays:

International Shipping:
